#internTuesday is back! And today’s fantastic in #internTuesday is back! And today’s fantastic intern will not disappoint! ⠀ ⠀ 😻 Meet Ashley Easingwood, a campus intern at the University of Winnipeg, insect-enthusiast and pro cat snuggler. She’s known for explaining biological concepts to strangers, snapping lovely photos and genuinely appreciating the little things.⠀ ⠀ 🌳 A B.Ed student from Concordia University of Edmonton and science student from MacEwan University (shout out to MacEwan’s new InterVarsity campus group), Ashley already has 5 years of epic campus ministry memories. ⠀ ⠀ 🥂 Ashley reminisces on a -45 degree broomball game, far-off ministry trips, new-found freedom at Urbana and transformative chats with campus staff. At the end of each semester her friends would open an oversized bottle of sparkling fruit juice and toast to God’s goodness in that season.⠀ ⠀ 🤗 She loved being a part of a welcoming, generous community on campus, sharing triumphs and struggles in such a unique stage of life. Welcome to 2020's first #interntuesday. ⠀ ⠀ 🙌 We're starting off with a bang by introducing you to Molly Tice, LEAD intern @csranchbigclearlake.⠀ ⠀ 🐴 Molly joined the ranks at summer camp in 2019 as a horseback riding instructor and cabin leader, notably starring as a giddy Christmas elf is a week long series of skits. She is a gifted actor and a whiz with organization (to all the camp people out there - can I get an amen?). ⠀ ⠀ 🏒At the intern house you can find her surrounded by a sprawl of markers making beautiful art, dreaming of playing hockey in winter and caring about her friends with a disarming kindness. ⠀ ⠀ 🙏 She loves how Jesus pours his love over staff and campers when they worship together at camp. So when she felt God calling her to set aside time to pursue him, spending the year at the Ranch seemed like a great way to get in the deep end.⠀ ⠀ 💃 One of Molly's favourite parts of camp is the pre-amble to campfire. Everyone trickles to the amphitheater after free time and the host cranks up hype worship music.
