Lisa Shen
CFO, Director of Finance & AccountingNational Resource Team
Staff Since: September 2021. Lisa is passionate about her faith and helping young people discover and follow Jesus. A senior finance professional with nearly 25 years of experience in the banking industry, she oversees InterVarsity’s accounting, payroll and finance functions while providing financial management support to front line staff at camps, campus and workplace.
When she isn’t working, Lisa enjoys gardening and studying traditional medicine practices.
She is comforted and inspired by the words of Psalm 23.
