Annual Salary range: Level 5  $38,879-$46,466

Vacation: 15 days or 120 hrs per annum

Ontario Pioneer Camp,  a ministry of InterVarsity Canada is  seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Recruitment and Sales Representative to amplify Ontario Pioneer Camp’s reach and grow the number of children, youth and families experiencing the life- changing ministry of camp. This role is ideal for a creative communicator and strategic thinker who thrives on great communication, relationship-building, and results. This outward‑facing role is about building partnerships, expanding visibility, and inviting new campers into transformational experiences. You’ll be inviting families, churches, and communities to experience the transformative power of camp.

This job is for you if you love connecting with people, championing Christian camping, and opening doors for young people to encounter Jesus. Responsibilities include generating leads and interest, demonstrating strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up, communicating confidently with both individuals and groups, and working with a high level of self-motivation. Vehicle required and mileage reimbursement provided for business-related travel. Your workweek will  include times outside of business hours to attend events on evenings and weekends.

External Recruitment and Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with churches, Christian schools, youth organizations, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment initiatives that increase new camper enrollment.
• Represent Ontario Pioneer Camp at events, conferences, churches, schools, and community gatherings.
• Generate leads, nurture inquiries, and support families through the registration process.
• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that expand camp’s visibility.

What You Bring

• A passion for Christian ministry and a heart for youth development
• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or sales (camp or nonprofit experience a plus)
• Writing, and communication skills
• Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and database systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• A collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset
• Alignment with InterVarsity’s Statement of Faith
