Launch Associate
InterVarsity inspires and equips emerging generations to encounter Jesus, cultivate Christ-centred lives, and radiate the transforming love of God in Canada and around the world. A Launch Associate does this primarily by supporting their community of recent graduates, offering leadership and care to grow faith in Jesus. In partnership with the Launch staff and Campus staff, the Launch Associate will provide leadership to the launch cohort, provide support to recent graduates, and implement programs for upper year students to prepare them for their transition to the workforce. The Launch Associate role was designed for recent graduates and includes time and resourcing for associates to develop and explore their own understanding of their calling and gifting. The broad baseline of responsibilities outlined below will be tailored to the candidate and the opportunities in their region. This is a ten (10) hour/week position. Launch Associates will be required to raise their budget , which contributes to the costs of their salary and ministry expenses throughout the contract year. The role is open to young adults who are eligible to work in Canada and have completed or are close to completing their post secondary diploma.

Hourly Rate: $18.69
Vacation: 4% added each pay period
