Nicolette Ellens

Nicolette began work at the ranch in the summer of 2023 as Program Director. She grew up in Ottawa, Ontario and most recently worked as an instructor-therapist at an autism therapy centre. Nicolette took a job at the Ranch for a summer adventure, quickly fell in love with camp life, and accepted a position on our year- round team! She loves sharing in the campers’ joy, and one of her favorite perks of camp life is finding leftover cookies. She is gifted in hospitality and makes each guest and staff member feel warmly welcomed.
