Launch
A next step after university
Graduation is not the finish line. It is the shift.
You leave behind a built-in community. You step into something new.
A new job. New expectations. New rhythms. Some days feel exciting. Some feel uncertain. Most are a mix of both.
What does it look like to follow Jesus here?

Join a Launch cohort
Launch cohorts are small groups of recent grads navigating this season together.
You meet with others who are in the same stage of life. You talk honestly about work, faith, and the questions that come with both. You learn from people who have walked this road before. You build friendships that carry you through the transition.
This is not about having it all figured out. It is about taking your next steps with others.
What to expect
Cohorts meet regularly; some are weekly, most meet twice a month.
Conversation is central. You might read something together or look at a passage of Scripture and talk about how it connects to your work and daily life.
Being practical is a priority. Real situations. Real decisions. What it looks like to follow Jesus in meetings, pressure, and the pace of your job.
There is also space to just be together. Meals. Time to catch up. The kind of friendships that are harder to find once campus life ends.
