Operations Manager

Location: Circle Square Ranch, Spruce Woods, Manitoba

Employment Category: Regular Full-time (40hours per week)

Annual Salary range: $45,503 – $59,065

Benefits: Health and Dental, LTD, ADD, Life. RRSP and, upon eligibility, matching RPP.

Vacation: 20 days per annum (160 hours)

Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship (InterVarsity) seeks an Operations Manager to join their team at Circle Square Ranch, Spruce Woods located at MacGregor, Manitoba. The Operations Manager will manage the site on a day-to-day basis and assist the General Directors in program, staff and vision.
