Employment Category: Regular Full-time (40hours per week)
Annual Salary range: $41,263 – $55,296
Benefits: Health and Dental, LTD, ADD, Life. RRSP and, upon eligibility, matching RPP.
Vacation: 20 days per annum (160 hours)

Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship (InterVarsity) seeks an Assistant Site & Facilities Coordinator to join their team at Ontario Pioneer Camp located at Port Sydney, Ontario. The Assistant Property & Facilities Manager supports the safe, effective, and mission-aligned operation of the camp’s property, facilities, and equipment. Working alongside the Property and Facilities Manager, this role helps coordinate maintenance operations, supervises maintenance staff and volunteers, and ensures facilities are prepared to provide a high-quality experience for campers and guests.
This position is hands-on and service-focused, requiring practical maintenance skills, strong organization, and the flexibility to respond to the operational needs of a busy camp environment. As part of a faith-based community, the Assistant Property & Facilities Manager models Christian character, participates in the spiritual life of the camp, and contributes to stewardship, planning, and fundraising efforts.
