Location: Ontario Pioneer Camp, Port Sydney, ON
Employment Category: Regular Part-time (20hours per week- September – April; The hours increase temporarily to 40 hours from May to August. You will be provided on-site accommodation from Mid-June to August. There may be an opportunity to increase the part-time hours in the off-season (August to May).
Annual Salary range: $45,503-$50,618 (Full time- will be pro-rated to part-time)
Benefits: RRSP
Vacation: 8% vacation pay added every month

Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship (InterVarsity) seeks a Director of Special Needs to join their team at Ontario Pioneer Camp located at Port Sydney, Ontario.
The Special Needs Director oversees the camp’s Special Needs (SN) program, ensuring that campers with special needs are fully integrated into all aspects of summer programming. This role includes managing camper intake and assessment, training and supervising the SN staff team, and ensuring high-quality care and experience for all participants. The Director also supports program development, family communication, administration, fundraising, and collaboration with the wider Ontario Pioneer team.
